Overview

The Top Bottom Store Sales Report allows a retailer to analyze the Top or Bottom performing stores. It shows the productivity based on sales.

Its purpose is to allow the retailer to quickly identify the Top or Bottom performing stores, and take action to improve the productivity.

Custom terminology allows you to define the retail terminology used within your business. Once defined, terminology automatically appears on criteria forms and reports. For more information on defining custom terminology refer to the article Custom Terminology.

Criteria Form

Refer to the article Report Criteria Form Standard Field Operation for help with the standard criteria form fields.

The following table describes the operation of non-standard fields where appropriate.

Field Description
Report Date This date field identifies a start or end date in generating the report.  If the Period Type selected is Date Range it is the end date, otherwise it identifies as the start date.
Show This drop-down field identifies whether to show the top or the bottom performing stores in the report.
Number This fill-in field identifies the number of records to be shown in the report.
Measurement This drop-down field identifies the measurement of the report to be generated.
Include Concession Stores This check box determines whether the concession stores will be included in the report.
